隨后，國家移民管理局也發(fā)布公告，宣布自2023年1月8日起優(yōu)化移民管理政策措施，包括恢復(fù)內(nèi)地居民赴港簽注，恢復(fù)受理審批外國人申請(qǐng)普通簽證延期、換發(fā)、補(bǔ)發(fā)等。

What’s more, to promote the personnel exchange and communication between China and the rest of the world, National Immigration Administration of China will optimize policies and measures of immigration administration starting from January 8, 2023.

護(hù)照及赴港簽證

Passport & Mainland to HK Travel

有序恢復(fù)受理審批中國公民因出國旅游、訪友申請(qǐng)普通護(hù)照；恢復(fù)辦理內(nèi)地居民旅游、商務(wù)赴港簽注。

Resume in an orderly manner the acceptance and examination of the Chinese citizens’ application for ordinary passports for the purposes of tourism and friends-visiting abroad.

Resume the processing of endorsements for Chinese mainland residents to visit Hong Kong for tourism and business purposes.

外國人簽證服務(wù)

Foreigner Visa Service

恢復(fù)受理審批外國人申請(qǐng)普通簽證延期、換發(fā)、補(bǔ)發(fā)，停留證件簽發(fā)、換發(fā)、補(bǔ)發(fā)，居留證件簽發(fā)、延期、換發(fā)、補(bǔ)發(fā)。申請(qǐng)人確有緊急需求的，可循加急程序辦理。

Resume the acceptance and examination of foreigners' applications for the extension, renewal and re-issuance of ordinary visa, the issuance, renewal and re-issuance of stay permit, and the issuance, extension, renewal and re-issuance of residence permit. In case of urgent needs, expedited procedures may be applied for.

過境免簽

Visa-Free Transit Policy

恢復(fù)口岸簽證簽發(fā)，恢復(fù)執(zhí)行24/72/144小時(shí)過境免簽政策，依法簽發(fā)臨時(shí)入境許可。

Resume the issuance of port visa, the implementation of the 24/72/144-hour visa-free transit policy, and the issuance of temporary entry permit in accordance with the law.

出入境通行證

Exit-&-Entry Permit

恢復(fù)簽發(fā)中華人民共和國出入境通行證，恢復(fù)簽發(fā)邊境地區(qū)出入境通行證。

Resume the issuance of exit-&-entry permit of China, and the issuance of exit-&-entry permit for border control area.

恢復(fù)陸路口岸/通道

Land Ports/Channels Reopening

逐步恢復(fù)陸路口岸（通道）客運(yùn)通關(guān)，有序恢復(fù)陸路口岸、邊民通道旅客、邊民出入境，邊民通道按照有關(guān)規(guī)定恢復(fù)開通，依法實(shí)施出入境邊防檢查。

Gradually resume the passenger clearance of land ports/channels.

Resume in an orderly manner the exit and entry of passengers and border residents through land ports and corridors for border residents. The corridors for border residents shall be resumed in accordance with relevant regulations and immigration inspection shall be implemented according to law.

港澳口岸邊檢快捷通道

HK ? Macau Fast Channels

恢復(fù)毗鄰港澳口岸邊檢快捷通道，持內(nèi)地居民往來港澳通行證、港澳居民來往內(nèi)地通行證等符合條件的出入境人員可經(jīng)邊檢快捷通道通關(guān)。

Resume the fast channels in ports adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao.

Holders of the Hong Kong and Macao Travel Permit for Mainland Resident, the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Resident, and etc. may go through the fast channels for immigration inspection.

恢復(fù)水運(yùn)口岸通關(guān)

Water Ports Reopening

逐步恢復(fù)水運(yùn)口岸客運(yùn)通關(guān)，允許符合條件的水運(yùn)口岸恢復(fù)客運(yùn)班輪旅客出入境，試點(diǎn)恢復(fù)國際郵輪旅客出入境，依法簽發(fā)登輪、搭靠證件，對(duì)符合入境條件的外國籍船員依法簽發(fā)臨時(shí)入境許可。取消“不登陸、不登輪、不搭靠”管理措施。

Gradually resume the passenger clearance of water ports.

Allow the liner passengers to exit and entry through water ports that meet relevant requirements.

Resume at selected ports the exit and entry of international cruise passengers.

Issue the temporary entry permit according to law for foreign crew members who meet entry requirements.

Cancel the previous regulation of “restricting personnel from embarking on vessels engaged in international voyages, restricting crew members of these vessels from disembarking, and restricting these vessels from berthing alongside other vessels”.

貨運(yùn)

Shipping Convenience

繼續(xù)運(yùn)行空港口岸重點(diǎn)貨運(yùn)航班“綠色通道”、陸路口岸和邊境檢查站重點(diǎn)物資車輛“快速通道”、水運(yùn)口岸“邊檢登輪碼”網(wǎng)上自助辦理等便利措施。

Continue the implementation of the facilitation measures including “green passages” at air ports for key cargo flights, “fast channels” at land ports and immigration inspection stations for vehicles carrying key supplies, online self-application of “immigration inspection boarding code” used at water ports, and etc.

至于是否恢復(fù)旅游簽證的申請(qǐng)，目前沒有明確的官方聲明，最好是先跟當(dāng)?shù)仡I(lǐng)事館確認(rèn)。

For the tourist visa, currently there is no clear official statement. It needs to be confirmed with the local Chinese consulate.
